This weekly blog and interview of mine is the story about one of my colleagues in the Broadgate Family.  She is one of the company’s main driving engines who help Broadgate run fluently.  This interview is about Miss Jindawan Yunan.

Q: Please tell me what you do in the company?

A: My job position in Broadgate is administration and client support.  My responsibilities are taking care of our client’s portfolio and maintaining the administrative tasks such as organizing documents, ordering and stocking office supplies or stationary.  Moreover, I am helping the Sales and Marketing department as a support team such as finding and arranging fund application forms. I also make reservations and booking transportation and accommodation for our employees when they travel outside Bangkok or Thailand.  Actually, I am willing to help support everyone in the office to keep the business running smoothly.

Q: How do you feel about working in the company? And how do you feel about your colleagues?

A: I really enjoy working in the company.  Our company operates more like a family than a company. Everyone is close to each other and there is no strict hierarchy control.  We are all helping each other out and work on the same objective, which is to move the company forward.  My feeling towards my boss and my colleagues is that everybody is very nice and friendly. We are all a part of the Broadgate Family and each person is like a sister, brother or an uncle.  I am very happy to work here and be a part of this warm family.

Q: What is your career goal?

A: My viewpoint about working is there is always a learning opportunity but it happens in on the real life playground.  So what I am looking forward to do is performing my best on every task I get and expand my knowledge on new things and also keep enhancing my abilities in various fields.

Q: What are you passionate about?

A: I am passionate about many things such as fashion, food, TV series and travelling. You can consider it as a therapy for life.  These are good and relaxing activities after you are exhausted from work.

Q: What is your favorite activity for your spare time?

A: For me, nothing is better than sitting down on a couch and watching series and TV programs especially Korean series.  Those Korean entertainers are really good looking.  My favorite music band is a Korean band called 2pm and I think they are really cool with a unique pop style.  My other favorite activities are listening to music, traveling with my family and also hanging out with my friends.  It is very important that you learn how to balance work and life which I believe it will help you become a happy quality human.

Q: What do you like to spend your money with?

A: Normally I will allocate my money into 2 parts.  One part is allocated for my savings and the other part is devoted for fashion such as new clothes, shoes and also for my food.
